Price Electric played a key role in delivering the Centennial Park Event Complex Phase 1 in North Liberty, a highly visible and architecturally sophisticated community venue. The project features a 13,000-square-foot indoor event center connected to a modern outdoor amphitheater, requiring careful coordination to meet both functional demands and strict aesthetic standards. From early planning through final commissioning, our team focused on precision, quality, and seamless integration of electrical systems within a complex design environment.
By using advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) and prefabrication, Price Electric eliminated conflicts before installation and significantly improved on-site efficiency. Our team developed detailed models of underground and above-ceiling systems, enabling precise routing in tight spaces and ensuring that all components aligned with the building’s architectural intent. Custom fabrication and off-site assembly further streamlined installation while maintaining the clean, concealed appearance required throughout the facility.
Despite challenges including a labor strike, schedule disruptions, limited access areas, and evolving project conditions, Price Electric maintained progress through adaptive scheduling and innovative problem-solving. By implementing micromilestone planning and maintaining strong coordination with project partners, we minimized delays and kept the project on track. The result is a high-performance, visually refined electrical system that enhances the overall experience of the Centennial Park Event Complex and reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.
