Price Electric’s Chase E. Named Safety Woman of the Year
We’re thrilled to announce that Chase E., our Des Moines Safety Coordinator, has been honored with the Safety Woman of the Year Award at the Midwest Women in Safety Conference, hosted by Kirkwood Community College.
This annual conference brings together safety professionals from across the Midwest to recognize women making significant contributions to workplace safety and health. The Safety Woman of the Year Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated a proven ability to reduce workplace injuries and foster a strong safety culture.
Chase leads by example, ensuring that employees and contractor workers have the necessary equipment, training, and support to work safely. Her dedication to safety is evident in every aspect of her work, from daily site walkthroughs to hands-on training sessions.
Chase’s leadership has been instrumental in building a safety-first culture at our central Iowa branch. Her ability to connect with employees and foster trust in the safety process has made her a respected and valued resource across the organization.
In addition to her work in Iowa, Chase oversees safety operations for complex industrial and wastewater projects and manages traveling workforce initiatives for Price Electric’s Fort Myers, Florida, branch. Chase is an employee advocate and a key contributor to Price Electric’s safety success.
“We are incredibly proud of Chase and her impact across our organization,” said Dan W., Safety Director at Price Electric. “Her dedication to safety and her ability to lead by example make her truly deserving of this recognition.”
