The new Beck’s Hybrids Distribution Center stands out monumentally against its vast agricultural backdrop in the rural, east-central County of Seward, Nebraska.
This approximately 96,000 sq. ft. facility comprises three separate yet interconnected buildings, each the size of a football field.
Aside from the abundant warehouse space within the main building are an 11,000 sq. ft. office space and drivers lounge, 10,000 sq. ft. cold storage room, and roughly 5,000 sq. ft. of mechanical areas on the upper levels.
In addition to the main facility, an outbuilding housing an emergency fire pump, well equipment, and a future irrigation system has also been constructed to support the new facility’s needs.
The Beck’s Hybrids project sets itself apart from the standard power distribution, lighting, and data/communication systems commonly found in our work at Price Electric.
It includes robust and comprehensive security access/surveillance, lighting control, fire alarm, and building management systems.
Additionally, we have incorporated various specialized mechanical systems to meet the project’s unique requirements. Our scope of work also encompasses extensive interior and exterior underground work and site-specific needs.
