Our team completed a custom home project in partnership with Elevation Home Builders at Rebekah Court in Auburn Ridge, and it’s a great example of the craftsmanship and coordination that define Price Electric.

Project Highlights:

– Service Installation: 320 Amp underground service, dual 200A and 100A Eaton BR panels, and 100A MLO panel, all wired to 2020 NEC standards.
– Lighting & Fixtures: Over 80 Kichler LED disc lights, Panasonic Energy Star exhaust fans, undercabinet lighting, and optional Lutron Caseta smart lighting system.
– Connectivity & Controls: Ethernet/TV jacks in major rooms, wiring for smart home integration, and a dedicated 240V EV charging outlet.
– Safety & Compliance: GFCI/AFI protection, interconnected smoke/CO detectors, and a comprehensive breaker schedule.
– Specialty Wiring: Wiring for sump pump, dual electric water heaters, and optional speaker wiring for multiple zones.

This project required coordinated efforts among field crews, project managers, and the builder, resulting in a high-end, tech-ready home.
