Friendship Village is a modern, long-term care retirement community located in Waterloo, IA. The project includes the 175,500 square foot, four story, Independent Living Building, and the 65,000 square foot, two story, Skilled Nursing Building. Our team consisted of electricians and technicians from both Price Electric and HITECH Communications, installing multiple electrical systems. This project involved great coordination with 26 Sub-Contractors under Larson Construction on-site to keep the project moving and in the right direction.
