GEICO’s new 50,000 SF building in North Liberty, IA was an opportunity for our team to use our then newly formed planning and prefabrication process.

Other highlights of this project included power and lighting distribution, switchgear, lighting control, light fixtures, security and access control, fire alarm evacuation system, an underground conduit for utility service, site lighting, and low-volt systems, branch power distribution to pole lights, to name a few. Our team was able to self-perform 100% of this project.
