This is a 48-unit multifamily rental property.

The $9 million housing development features an underground garage parking area, elevator access to each level, air conditioning, and a first-floor fitness center.

Our team provided all the necessary electrical wiring and services. This included the outdoor meter base and lighting installation, fire alarm systems, Electric Vehicle charging station, ethernet, coaxial cable wiring, and roof-top wiring.

The Hiawatha Village Center has a range of studio and one and two-bedroom units. Furthermore, this 4-level building features an underground garage parking area, elevator access to each level, air conditioning, and a convenient first-floor fitness center. Hodge Construction was the general contractor for the project.
