This utility construction project involved building a new lift station from the ground up.

This will support the infrastructure of new construction in Pella, IA.

The Price Electric crew installed the new electrical underground service.

We also set up the generator backup power.

The Price Electric crew wired the building receptacles. This included lighting, exhaust system, and heating.

The Price Electric team installed and started up all integrator-supplied equipment controls alongside our integrator.

A lift station is a critical part of the infrastructure in the wastewater collection system.

The lift stations allow wastewater to be gathered in low areas and pumped uphill. It is brought to a point where the water can flow by gravity in the collection system pipes to a treatment facility.
