The Manor by Elevation Homebuilders features a blend of classic American Craftsman design with farmhouse charm and contemporary touches. This home has 10-foot ceilings, an airy foyer, a 700-square-foot primary suite, expansive living areas, and a 560-square-foot space above the garage. Outdoor amenities include a vaulted porch, expansive deck, and walkout patio.

General Work
- Permit and Temporary Pole: Provided 1 permit and a standard underground temporary pole.
- Wiring: All electrical wiring was installed, including Kichler 6″ LED disc lights, Panasonic Energy Star exhaust fans, keyless or pull chain fixtures with LED lamps, and standard white outlets and switches.
Service
- 320 Amp Underground Electrical Service: Mounted on the utility side of the home.
- Breaker Panels: A 200 Amp Eaton BR main breaker panel and two 100 Amp Eaton BR panels were installed in the lower-level mechanical room and garage.
