Are you licensed and insured?
We believe the most important thing to consider before hiring an electrician is to know if they are licensed and insured. By completing these necessary courses to become licensed you can rest assured the electrician will perform the work safely and correctly. All of the electricians at Price Electric are licensed and insured.
Be certain you hire an electrician who is insured. If they do not have insurance you may be responsible for damage that could potentially be caused includes fire or other accidents. You have the right to ask your electrician to see copies of insurance policies and make certain they are current. You may also want to check that the policy covers the type of work that you are having done. Price Electric requires our electricians to complete extensive training to assure they provide the customer or contractor with top notch service.
You should be able to ask an electrician about their certifications. If they do not provide the requested certifications then they probably haven’t obtained the proper certifications.
Can others recommend your work?
A great electrician can always give you references upon request. Any hesitation may be considered a bad sign. You may call the references to make sure they did give the referral and get feedback from someone who has experiences service by this electrician first hand.
Reputable electricians will be happy to provide client names and previous projects. Price Electric takes great pride in the quality of work we provide and we are always willing to provide references upon request.

Safety performance is a main gauge of organizational quality.
